How long I can get my Package?Once we get your order, we will ship it out in 24 hours (except holiday) by usps, DHL, UPS or Fedex (the shipping method deepends on your country). after we send it out , we will email you the tracking number. Usually, you can get it by 3-5days, we also provide overnight Shipping service to US customer, but you need to pay extra 18dollars, if you want this service, please  contact customer service.Do you accept returns?Yes! Online purchases require flexibility and support. Yiroo hair understands that and wishes to create a good and enjoyable shopping experience for our customers.
We do accept return and exchanges, but the  goods must be returned within 14 days after you received it , the hair has the same condition as you received.How to return my package? you need to contact Yiroo customer service team, and tell them you want to return the hair, you also need to tell service team your order number so that they can find your order and help you. after you are authorized to return it, you will get a return address.
About return freight:If the package you received is damaged or the hair have other defects, you need to take a photo to us, we will pay email you a return label; if you do not wan the hair and the hair do not have any problem, you need to pay the return fee.NOTICE: Please remember that you need to tell customer service your return tracking number, we need to track the return package, once you told us the tracking number, we will refund you immediately
 How can I get my money after I return the hair? After the return request has been authorized, the hair can be shipped back to the address we gave you. Please kindly send email about your order number and returned package number.
